For a decade, Global Green USA hosted a yearly fund raising gala at the beautiful banking hall space donated by the Bently Reserve. Together with the Global Green and Bently Enterprises design teams, I managed 2 of these promotional design efforts. We produced “Save the Date” emailers, invitations, printed programs, and graphics for the event such as banners, slideshows, photo back drops and projection screen images.
Global Green USA is the American branch of Green Cross International, originally founded by President Mikhail Gorbachev. Their current focus is on addressing climate change through research, community projects and advocacy.

My role was primarily liaising between the Global Green team and my senior designer, setting a realistic schedule, securing agreement on the design direction and anticipating the last minute rush. This project would move in parallel with several phases of fund raising over about 6 months, which required updating marketing materials with new sponsor names several times up to the last minute before our print deadline.
